Air leaks in joints and duct joints can be the main cause of energy loss. Energy loss reduces the useful life of engine room equipment, increases energy consumption and air pollution and thus increases costs.
In the traditional method, even with careful installation work, a system is not completely aerated and up to 30% of air may be wasted. In this method, paint and anti-paint welding, perforation and heavy flange and time consuming production are not cost-effective at all and are very expensive. Channel flanges are produced prefabricated from galvanized sheet in the form of profiles.
